The Capworks Group’s management procedures are founded
on our belief in the importance of the active involvement
of all stakeholders in the project, and on candid and
accurate reporting.

database, allowing instantaneous reporting of all key
project parameters.
It is our policy to ensure that all pertinent issues are
tabled immediately so that the client group is aware
at the earliest time of any risk or opportunity. This
provides a basis for the most effective and informed decision
making. Our established project management systems and
procedures are Quality Accredited to ISO 9001 - 2000.
