umbrella.
Project
Superintendence and Contract Administration
Representing the Clients interests during construction,
managing valuation and payment, managing time and cost claims
of consultants, contractors and suppliers, and ensuring quality
timelines and compliance with the project design intent.
Commissioning
Assuring the smooth occupation of an operational, complete,
and fully functioning facility.
Value
Management
Facilitating value management studies of the project at key
points to draw on the knowledge and expertise of the client's staff,
the project team, and external specialists.
Furniture
and Equipment Scheduling
Scheduling furniture and equipment from room data sheets describing
in detail all aspects of every room in the facility. This
facilitates inventory, ordering, commissioning, and occupation.
Asset Strategic Planning - Maintenance Planning
Reviewing current and future building services requirementselectrical,
mechanical, hydraulic, data and communicationsand providing
advice regarding performance criteria, capital cost, operating
and maintenance costs and funding arrangements.
Consultancies
Undertaking detailed consultancies for specific components of a project involving Capworks staff and external specialists.
Post
Occupancy Evaluation
Assessing the performance of the project in meeting the service
needs originally defined in the brief and provide recommendations to the client on the projects
performance for time, cost and quality parameters.
Community
Consultation
Undertake the preparation and implementation of a project
based Community Consultation Strategy, designed to manage
the dissemination of information to the community, staff and
users. Typically this has included various community interfaces
such as the management of public meetings and forums, and
consultation and negotiation with special interest groups.
Health Administration
Providing strategic and specific health planning and management advice.
