Bill Geerlings
Bill is a qualified Engineer and has worked in major Teaching Hospitals in the roles of Director of Building & Engineering Services, Facilities Management and Project Direction.  Since joining Capworks, Bill's primary role has been as the Project Director for the Royal Brisbane, Royal Womens & Childrens Hospital redevelopments, the largest Hospital rebuilding project in Australia.

Terry O'Sullivan
Terry is qualified in Civil Engineering and Management with over 26 years in the Construction Industry.  He has extensive experience in managing projects and programs within the Government sector throughout Queensland, as a Regional Engineer/Project Manager and Regional Manager/Client Manager.  Terry undertook the role of Senior Project Manager for Brisbane City Council prior to joining Capworks.

Michael Mahon
Mike is qualified in Civil Engineering with 40 years in the Construction Industry involving design, construction management and/or administration of both small and large commercial projects.  Mike has undertaken Project Management roles on Princess Alexandra, Royal Brisbane and The Prince Charles Hospitals projects.  These are major teaching hospitals in Brisbane.
