DIRECTORS
Geoff Moore [Managing Director]
Geoff has had over forty years experience in the health industry both within the Hospital system as a CEO and as a consultant in Facility Planning and Project Direction / Project Management.
With an Honours graduate in Management Geoff has a strong background in Strategic Project Direction, Health Facility Planning and Operational Commissioning.
He has had extensive experience in the design management and project management of hospitals in both Australia and internationally.
Geoff established Capworks Management in 1989 and has continued a "hands on" involvement in projects.
Bill Geerlings [Director]
Bill is a Chartered Engineer with extensive experience in facility management and the development of major teaching hospitals in Victoria.
Since joining Capworks Management, Bill has undertaken the role of Project Director of the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Redevelopment and the new Gold Coast University Hospital project in Southport.
He also had a leadership role in the development and preparation of strategic asset management plans for health facilities and educational facilities in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.
Terry OSullivan [Director]
Terry, with a degree in Civil Engineering, has over 30 years experience in the construction industry as a design engineer, site superintendent, contract administrator and project manager.
He has worked on educational, health, civic, institutional, retail and heritage projects including recent projects in rural areas, particularly the far northern regions.
Terry has also had over ten years experience with the Department of Public Works involving numerous educational facilities, including six years as the Regional Manager for Project Services – Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay, program managing the Education Capital Works program worth up to $60 M per year.
Prior to joining Capworks Management, Terry undertook the role of Senior Project Manager for Brisbane City Council.
Richard Robinson [Director]
A graduate Civil Engineer, Richard has been involved in the construction industry for the last 15 years as a Construction Manager / Engineer. In the UK he worked on a wide variety of projects encompassing education, health, commercial, retail and residential projects.
Richard has extensive Programming experience and provides an invaluable service in developing, updating and controlling an integrated Master Program with target milestone dates.
Since joining Capworks, Richard has been project manager for the Dalby and Miles Hospital redevelopments and The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) Pathology upgrade and office fitout for Queensland Health and currently managing the new Paediatric Emergency for TPCH.
He has worked on various educational projects including recent BER projects at four schools within the Gold Coast region.
Scott Deuxberry [Director]
Scott is a qualified Accountant and Justice of the Peace.
He has 20 years experience in the financial management of firms in the building industry for consultants, builders, subcontractors, building supplies.
Scott has been with Capworks since 1990 and is Capworks' Financial Manager.
