MILTON/ULLADULLA HOSPITAL

Project Description:

The Capworks Group was appointed as Project Manager for the redevelopment of the Milton/Ulladulla Hospital, completing PFP, PDP and construction stages of the project.

The redevelopment of Milton/Ulladulla Hospital seeks to bring the Hospital into line with current operational codes and guidelines and provide additional space, function and flexibility to services within the Hospital.

The refurbishment involves:-

• The addition of five inpatient beds via a new wing;
• The provision of a new Maternity services area including a delivery suite and two multi-purpose examination/procedure rooms;
• The renovation of the lower ground floor for the Allied Health and Physiotherapy departments;
• The provision of Recovery and Pre-operation/waiting areas for the Operating theatre.
• The expansion of the Emergency Department;
• The refurbishment of the Administration area;
• And the provision of new Radiology and Kitchen areas
