Project
Description:
The
Capworks Group was appointed as Project Manager for
the redevelopment of the Milton/Ulladulla Hospital,
completing PFP, PDP and construction stages of the
project.
The redevelopment of Milton/Ulladulla Hospital seeks
to bring the Hospital into line with current operational
codes and guidelines and provide additional space,
function and flexibility to services within the Hospital.
The refurbishment involves:-

The addition of five inpatient beds via a new wing;

The provision of a new Maternity services area
including a delivery suite and two multi-purpose
examination/procedure
rooms;

The renovation of the lower ground
floor for the Allied Health and
Physiotherapy departments;
-
The provision of Recovery and Pre-operation/waiting
areas for the Operating theatre.

The expansion of the Emergency
Department;
-
The refurbishment of the Administration
area;
-
And the provision of new Radiology
and Kitchen areas
