Description:
Project Management for the construction of the Nurmurkah District Integrated Aged Care Facility which includes the following key elements:
- 30 Beds. (15 Dementia)
- Addition to the Existing Hospital.
- Patient relocation.
- 3 Stage Construction.
- Fixed Lump Sum Contract
Measures of Success
On site supervision of the Builder was required to ensure programme remained on schedule.
Successful liaison with hospital board and staff provided a smooth relocation of patients into the new wing.
This project is forecasted to be completed in July 2005.
