Project Description

Project Management for the construction of the Nurmurkah District Integrated Aged Care Facility which includes the following key elements:

• 30 Beds. (15 Dementia)
• Addition to the Existing Hospital.
• Patient relocation.
• 3 Stage Construction.
• Fixed Lump Sum Contract

On site supervision of the Builder was required to ensure programme remained on schedule.

Successful liaison with hospital board and staff provided a smooth relocation of patients into the new wing.

The project was completed in July 2005.
