Description:
Co-located
on the site of the new Lithgow Hospital, the Community
Health Centre provides services for dental, drug and
alcohol, mental health, women's health, social work
and physiotherapy.
The
new building comprises a single storey design, sympathetic
with the main hospital and aged care centre also located
on the site.
The
facility was occupied in August 1999.
